The Cattle

Our cows are out.

Raised on open pasture in the rolling hills, our herd grazes free — no fences on who they are. Grass-fed, ethically loved, and unbothered. We believe happy cattle make better beef, and the happiest cattle are the ones living their truth.

100% organic. 100% pasture-raised. 100% themselves. The result is marbling with personality and a flavour you can only get from a life well lived.
